Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to provide technical hands-on support to Operations and Facility Management to ensure smooth and uninterrupted technology development and commercialization.

The Facility Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the following areas:

Inspection, control and maintenance of all equipment on-site.
Timely procurement of spare parts and consumable materials.
Facility management and coordination.
Chemical abatement and cleanroom cleaning.
Lab coats and cleanroom gowns availability.
Hands-on support of Task Force Teams.

The ideal candidate will possess the following Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Facility Operation and Maintenance procedures.
Working knowledge of complex automated systems design and operation.
Comprehensive familiarity with EH&S (OSHA, CUPA, DTSC) regulatory compliance and record keeping.
Working knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Systems.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Job shop experience, preferably in a chemical processing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience

A.A., B.A., B.S. in Engineering or other related engineering or science discipline or 5+ years prior experience demonstrating proficiency in the areas described above.
